Dr. Sonia Raju Aluvilayil is a highly skilled fertility expert and IVF expert with more than 10 years of extensive experience in the field of obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine. Also, she brings deep understanding and global exposure of infertility treatment protocols, having worked across reputed institutions in India and abroad. She is well-known for her patient-centric approach and proficiency in treating high-risk pregnancies, difficult infertility cases, and recurrent IVF failures. Work Experience
- 1.Dr. Sonia Raju started her career with a 3-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at TNMC Mumbai, where she has gained hands-on experience in managing difficult cases such as placenta previa and difficult cesarean deliveries.
- 2.Moreover, she served as an Assistant Professor at GMC Latur, handling more than 8000 deliveries annually and training residents in both clinical and surgical procedures.
- 3.She pursued a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at the prestigious Craft Hospital & Research Centre, Kerala, where she was trained in handling complex male and female infertility cases, which include ovulation induction, IVF, IUI/ICSI, and Embryology Lab techniques.
- 4.She has independently performed oocyte retrievals, IUIs, follicular scans, and embryo transfers. Also, she has been involved in crucial obstetric cases, which include multiple pregnancies, placenta previa, and molar pregnancies.
